The bolster is a cylindrical cushion filled with high-density foam and buckwheat hulls. The high-density foam is here to provide stability and keep the cushion’s shape, while the hulls nicely adjust to your body to ensure maximal comfort. It is used for yoga or as back support to relax and relieve back pain. Each bolster can be made to order in desired dimensions and of all the fabrics we use for our meditation cushions. To choose a fabric, just write the name of the cushion you like in notes.
